Niche house builder Junnell came to 3Men² needing marketing for an exclusive development of Arts & Crafts style homes within the protected Chichester Harbour AONB. With our vast experience in property marketing, we relished the chance to be involved in such a special project.
Junnell are renowned for their bespoke developments and attention to detail so some of the homes were already sold off plan. Initial marketing requirements were CGIs and a brochure for the showcase property Oakhurst Lodge - later came a video.
CGIs: Views of Oakhurst Lodge were carefully chosen to best demonstrate the characterful exterior detailing as well as the superb location and views this offered. An elevated view of the front was produced to include the harbour in the background and an aerial CGI of the whole development was created to really brag about the setting. Then four further CGIs showcased the fabulous stone entrance pillars, the front elevation and expansive driveway, the rear elevation viewed from the garden and finally the property at night.
Brochure: One of the main requirements of the brochure was to really demonstrate the obsessive attention to detail - more than a dozen individuals contributed their specialist skills during the property’s design process. And that doesn’t include the team at 3Men²! Illustrator Mike (also responsible for the CGIs) produced clean, digital floorplans of the property clearly demonstrating the living space on offer and designer David created the brochure itself with complementary colour scheme and full page photography.
Social media and online: Once we had created the video, we then needed to draw an audience to it… This was done with Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns to compliment traffic directed to the clients website with the video temporarily showing on arrival and the newly set up YouTube channel.
