We are proud to be Pearsons’ go-to agency for all elements of design and marketing, both in print and online. Key parts of the service we provide include their website, regular marketing campaigns, a bi-annual magazine and interior design of their offices.

Office interior design: we began with the London Road, Southampton office. The brief was to revise the layout, opening up the space to give more flow, modernise the window displays to create a more welcoming look from the pavement and generally introduce imagery to the walls. We sourced new furniture and planned wall colours. Large scale photography and typography created impact and full wall bespoke mapping became a useful tool for the agents. Three further office designs followed suit and with more offices in the pipeline, this is an ongoing project.

Marketing: regular advertising campaigns on and offline include flyers, press adverts, window displays, social media graphics and eshots. Other marketing material has included corporate brochures, calendars, Christmas cards, newsletters and balloons, to name but a few!

Website

We designed and built the Pearsons website and now we monitor and maintain it, this includes monthly Google Analytics reports on visitor traffic. A particular feature we built into the site is a secure area for registered house hunters where they can save properties, make notes and set up email alerts for new properties that become available.

Dwell Magazine

3Men² are responsible for compiling and designing this glossy 64-page magazine twice a year. It showcases the Country & Individual Homes portfolio and offers articles on the local area and property market. The magazine is printed and distributed through the 12 offices as well as being available online.
